How it works
Vacationer
For Vacationers, you can simply enter your vacation home's zip code into our web or mobile app and begin going through our catalogue of products offered for that area. Just choose your rental gear and schedule it for delivery - we'll take care of the entire process from there.
Once checkout comes, we pick up all rented items and return them to our warehouse for inspection, cleaning and sanitation ... ready for the next rental.
Property Manager
For Property Management Groups that Rent their homes, we offer Wholesale Accounts so that you can offer all the products we offer directly to your customers. Wholesale Accounts receive Wholesale Pricing Discounts and can choose between offering products directly to customers and coordinating with us for the order, or acting as an affiliate. If renting products directly with customers, the Wholesale Account will handle all billing, customer service and coordination with the customer - we simply handle the delivery and pickup and bill the Wholesale Account for all rentals at the end of the month. However, if you choose to operate as an Affiliate, in that case Honest Sherpa handles the entire process, including ordering, customer service, billing, and fulfilment, and the Property Manager simply receives an Affiliate Fee at the end of the month on all orders received for homes they rent. With either process - Wholesale Accounts make the same margin.
Homeowner
For Homeowners that Rent their homes, we offer Wholesale Accounts so that you can offer all the products we offer directly to your customers. Step 1
Go through our Catalog and Choose all Products necessary for your Rental. If you don’t see what you need, simply Request an Item and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you do request an item not in our catalog, you will check out with that item (at no cost), and then we will follow up with a rental price for the item.

Step 2
Schedule your Delivery, Pickup and Checkout. Delivery should be scheduled for the day you are arriving at your Vacation Rental Home. Pickup should be scheduled for your departure date.
You will be asked to enter these dates at the checkout page. All deliveries and pick ups are FREE. Once you check out, leave it to us to take it from there.

Enjoy your Rental products and have a great vacation! and if you find that you need something else during your stay, simply open our web or mobile app and add on to your order - we will do our best to deliver it that day, or the next.
