Quick answer: Yes, you can take toddlers to the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, which runs August 27 to November 21, 2026 and is included with EPCOT admission. Children younger than 3 do not need a ticket, strollers up to 31 inches wide and 52 inches long are allowed, and wagons are prohibited. Plan around a stroller nap, rides with no height limit and a share-a-plate lunch rather than a sit-down meal.
We checked each fact below against the official page on October 12, 2026. Dates, hours, menus and prices change, so confirm before you go.

Disney's festival page describes the event as a tour across six continents, included with your valid EPCOT admission, with a theme park reservation possibly required based on admission type. The Eat to the Beat concerts are also included with admission. The ticket page says children younger than 3 do not need a ticket.
What costs extra: the food and drinks at the Global Marketplaces, the Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit game board, the Remy's Ratatouille Hide and Squeak map and any merchandise. Disney's marketplace page says menu items, pricing and hours are subject to change without notice, and its festival page says mini festival gift cards can pay for food, merchandise and more and can be activated with as little as $15. A gift card is a simple way to give an older sibling a budget without handing over your phone.
Disney's Global Marketplaces page lists dozens of booths, and it does not flag any dish as a kids' item. We are not inventing menus, so here are the booth descriptions that mention familiar comfort foods a toddler might eat. Check each booth's own menu page for ingredients, since dishes change.
Two practical rules for little eaters. First, order one or two dishes and share them, then add a second round if everyone is still hungry; small plates add up quickly. Second, if your child has a food allergy, Disney says allergy-friendly menus are available and that guests must speak to a Cast Member about an allergy-friendly request. Disney also says it cannot promise that any item is completely free of allergens.
The scavenger hunts suit a three-year-old who likes finding things. For a 12-month-old, they are mostly an excuse to keep the stroller moving.
Disney's concert page lists nightly shows from August 27 to November 16 at 5:30, 6:45 and 8:00 pm at America Gardens Theatre, included with EPCOT admission, and says artist appearances are subject to change without notice. The 5:30 pm show is the earliest slot, which is the easiest fit for a toddler who has napped. Disney also lists Concert Series Dining Packages, which it describes as a meal plus secured seats to a concert the same day; we did not check prices.
Disney's property rules prohibit strollers greater than 31 inches in width and 52 inches in length, and they prohibit wagons and stroller wagons at theme parks. If you plan to bring a stroller from home, measure both dimensions first. A stroller is also the festival's nap bed and snack tray, so it earns its space.
Disney's stroller rental page lists single strollers at $15 per day ($13 per day for a multi-day rental) and doubles at $31 per day ($27 multi-day). Strollers cannot leave the parks, and you can swap one at another park with your receipt.
The other option is renting one for the whole trip. Honest Sherpa's stroller category lists single, umbrella, jogging and double strollers, plus rain covers. The product pages for the Sit and Stand Double Stroller and the City Mini Double Stroller both say "Meets Disney size requirements," and the Sit and Stand page lists its size as 49 x 21.5w x 43 inches. Those are the product pages' own words, not Disney's, so measure against the 31 by 52 inch limit yourself before you decide. Our park rental versus delivered gear guide and Disney versus Universal with babies guide compare the options.
Disney's height requirement page lists these EPCOT attractions as any height: Frozen Ever After, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros, Journey Into Imagination With Figment, Living with the Land, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, Spaceship Earth and Turtle Talk With Crush. Mission: SPACE, Soarin' Across America and Test Track require 40 inches, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind requires 42 inches, so those wait for the taller kids.
Disney's toddler guide lists The Seas with Nemo & Friends among its toddler-favorite rides, describes Turtle Talk with Crush as some rest and recovery while you take a seat with your little one, and calls the Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along a cozy French cinema. It also mentions Rider Switch, which lets one adult stay with the toddler while the older child rides with the other adult. EPCOT's Baby Care Center is open during regular park hours, is free to use and has a nursing room, changing room, feeding area and microwave; Disney also says it sells baby food, diapers and wipes, subject to availability.
Park hours vary by date, so check Disney's EPCOT page for the day you go and adjust the times below.
| When | Plan |
|---|---|
| Opening | Ride the no-height-limit attractions first, when it is cooler and your toddler has the most patience |
| Late morning | Start a scavenger hunt and share a first snack from one or two marketplaces |
| Midday | Stroller nap in a shaded, quiet spot, or an indoor sit-down such as Turtle Talk with Crush or the Sing-Along |
| Early afternoon | Leave for a real nap at the vacation home if you are close enough, or do one more calm loop of World Showcase |
| Late afternoon | Share dinner from the booths, or return refreshed for the evening |
| 5:30 pm | First Eat to the Beat show at America Gardens Theatre, then head out before bedtime gets hard |
World Showcase covers 11 countries, and Disney's toddler guide says the country pavilions offer activities such as face painting and scavenger hunts. Walk the loop slowly and stop at booths on the way, rather than racing to a favorite.
If you are visiting EPCOT in another season, our EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival kids guide uses the same stroller and nap logic, and our Festival of the Holidays kids guide covers the winter event.
